I found these lollipops while browsing Amazon and decided to order a couple to see how they looks in reality. After receiving package and installing them on the side of driveway I ordered 4 more. They are bright, have different settings, white light is a cool white in color (not the warm one). Overall I’m very pleased with them. They will look beautiful with the rest of my Christmas decorations. I ordered them ahead of time so I can’t say how long they will last.The good: When they work, they work really nice and make an nice impact on the look of the lights.The bad: 1.) You can’t string multiple sets together. 2.) They don’t have memory so when the power goes out it goes back to the default (so you have to reset EACH set every day!. 3.) Since the default is not steady and if you plug them into a variety of power sources, it’s impossible to sync the flashing/combination (the default should be steady on). 4.) Lately they’re randomly changing on their own from my steady on setting to something else. 5.) The buttons to change the setting via the controller quit working on a few sets. 6.) The plastic is fairly brittle and during a few heavy gusts of wind, the base cracked and I had to tape it.These look good but are much smaller than pictured.Broke on the first real windy day. It lights up ok and is nice'ish.The colors are bright, and it adds a lot of personality to the landscape. So many candy cane style lawn decorations are dim, sickly red, or use warm white lights (yellowish). This has bright white and candy red. My only tip is to be very careful with the insertion of stakes. The plastic tube crack easily. But once in the ground, it held sturdy to high winds. Definitely a great find!Well...I specifically searched for solar Christmas lights and somehow these showed up in the results. I didn't look close enough and they are NOT solar powered. Please fix that, it makes no sense why they show up in a search result when they aren't a match.Anyhow, they're bright and perfect pathway lights if you have a power outlet available.Honestly, I almost returned these because I didn’t like the plastic and the box it came in. My husband thought they were fine, so I put them in the yard. And was so surprised!!! These are really cute, really bright and fun. Multiple settings. And withstood some rain storms.The lights aren’t as warm as I’d hoped, but that’s fine. The real problem was that the remote broke after two days. I tried changing the battery, pointing it directly at the plug, etc., but nothing. When I emailed customer support, they asked me to send them a video of me using the battery in another device to prove it wasn’t a battery problem. Which is ridiculous. So now I’m stuck with these string lights that need to be plugged and unplugged, and which are absolutely not dimmable without the (now useless) remote. It’s not worth returning for the $12 they cost, but honestly, ugh.Really nice and light weight, really long in width, though, so couldn’t use for intended bedroom window.but used instead on patio door (went across the top of patio door twice), and looks really nice.
