I purchased the multi-colored solar lights 10 months ago and they were easy to set up and to string around things, fun to watch with all the modes, and they have worked well and are long lasting 10 months out. Looking forward to continuing to enjoy them!We made a light fixture using a shepherd's hook and a watering can and fed one string of these lights through the can spout so it appears that at night, water is sprinkling a potted plant that is at the base of the lights. My husband assembled it by gently folding the string so as not to crimp the wire, starting about 3 feet from the solar panel and then fed through the loose end through the spout into the can. He spread the string about so that when lit, it appears that "water" is spraying onto the plant at night. He then placed the solar panel about 2 feet from the pot so it was able to catch a lot of sunlight during the day for recharge. Both strings work beautifully (we only used one so far and the other is a spare). Highly recommend.NAWires are thin and tangle easy. Just need to be very careful when getting them in place. Even though they are thin that is one of the things I like about them. Also need to make sure your solar panel is where it gets lots of light. So far I like them.I purchased this product for an outdoor Christmas tree for my front porch because I don’t have outdoor outlets. I set the solar panel off of the covered porch so that it could soak up as much light as possible during the day. The timer feature works well and the lights stay on for the entire duration. However, on cloudy days during the winter, the lights are very dim when they come on at night. The strands are also easy to tangle while unwinding the strand as they are made of thin wire. I actually broke the one set of lights attempting to unwind them after removing them from the box. The other set has been holding up outside but I am curious to see if the lights become brighter during the summer with more sunlight.These looked nice all holiday season around our home! They could be brighter, and our lights looked a little dim compared to our neighbors’ — but ours were more efficient. The variety of twinkle options was a definite plus.I LOVE these lights.. i amA big time decorator for Halloween and Christmas..I ordered two sets of green for the end of my driveway for Halloween.. they have so many different function options and they are so bright! They last well into the morning on days when we’ve had plenty of sun light and I’ve never went to bed without them still shining bright. I loved them so much I ordered two more longer sets for Christmas to put along the fence (the end of our driveway is much too far for drop cords)If I had a complaint my only thing would be they are very easily tangled .. just be mindful when hanging them and handling them and you will be fine!They are a lot smaller than I thought they would be, I would describe them as tiny. They only stay on for about 3 hours at most, even with full sun all day. I wanted a dim glow, and they provide a nice ambiance on my porch. They'd be great for an outside nighttime tablescape. I don't hate them, they just weren't what I was expecting.
