The light never worked, not bothering with this product again.There are no instructions in the box, you literally get the light, two screws, two zip ties and that’s it. I have the light sitting outside in the sun, hopefully I will be able to figure out how to make it work once it is charged by the sun.I will be ordering more of these! The light is super bright, and the motion detector works perfectly! Never have I ever purchase a solar light with this amount of brightness. I would totally recommend this for above s front, back, patio, or garage entry door application. Especially on a southern exposure so you can get maximum charging in sunlight.Very bright and detects motion very well. It is small, 3.5" x 2.25". Great for stair ways or walkways. The picture of it on the top of a house is a little deceiving.Motion detection works great and the brightness is outstanding. We installed it above our rear sliding door to see when the dogs or cats want in (or just a safety light) and have been very happy with its performance. The area illuminated is wide and bright throughout, lights up at least a 10 foot area outside the door.Its not triggered by bugs either which was a concern of ours, dont want it lighting up in the middle of the night. Overall great unit.
