I noticed some people are unhappy because the white light was cool white, but you really got to read the description because nowhere does it say it is anything but cool white. They are bright but not overly bright. They are LEDs and do not get warm. They are plug in so just make sure you're going to use them near a plug , and you can attach more than one string as there is a end with the place to plug in an extra set if you need them longer. All in all a great buy, great value for the money. I haven't had them long but I plugged them in immediately when I got them and they are very nice. Expect cold white light not warm. If you want warm you've got to make sure it says that in the description.. very happy with my purchase of these lights.
