Works great looks good!!!My son loves these lights in his room. They are very moldable, just be careful not to pull to hard on the wires. Remote works great too.Was redoing some palm trees outlines I did years ago. Old lights finally died. These were much easier to manipulate around the forms then the old ones. They are nice and bright enough for my purpose. Permanently installed with a timer so I do not use the remote or timer function they came with. Was able to use this one stand for two tree forms.We have been asking our sons each year to clip on the standard lights to our many roofs with several peaks. Didn't want to do that anymore. Thought there should be another way. Was skeptical, but wow. They are now permanently attached to the trim boards under the roof line with stainless steel staples. Will stay up all year. Invisible in daylight. Surprisingly bright. My sons were doubtful, but so glad they won't have to climb ladders any more. They should last awhile. If not, we go dark. 1st photo is the new lights, 2nd is last year. Not the same, but if they last, works for us.This product came in the mail on time. This was displayed in my college dorm. These lights were easily installable, just plug it into an outlet and there. I will say that after a while, the lights will flicker but then go back to normal. I don't know if it is because I keep them on daily or what but all in all, it is a very great product and I would recommend. These are string lights so I would be careful with hooking them up to the wall but I used thumb-tacks to get the job done! This does not come with a remote, just plug and go. They only have 1 setting which is just a solid lit.Loved that these are electric plug-in string lights instead of battery-operated which drain so fast and have to be replaced every few days. Having said that, I reluctantly returned these for 2 reasons: (1) at 100 lights, it was too overwhelming for the area I wanted to illuminate and, (2) the multi-colors, while very pretty, looked too "Christmasy" to me. I suppose with hindsight being 20/20, this set really would be sufficient and lovely on a small to mid-size Christmas tree, but not so much for year-round lighting decor, unless that is one's personal preference for home, workplace, etc.these are super bright, but sweet, lightweight, and delicate. I love them, but kind of wish you could string more than one together. The ones I used outside did not last long, but in fairness, no lights have lasted very long in that spot, so it may not be the lights themselves that is the issue. I also have them strung around my work space to cheer things up. Would definitely buy again -- and have.Have a really nice glow, really bright, only downfall is, yea it has a remote; but what they don't show you in the photo is if you want to use the remote, you have to plug the lights into a spectate adaptor, which then plugs into the outlet plug, which is pretty inconvenient. I wouldn't mind so much if the adaptor could also be used to attached multiple strings, but you can't, as well as, the plug is a lot more bulky than the picture shows. they can also get a bit tangled while you unwind to install them and the cord to the plug is black, which is my own fault for not paying more attention. I was looking for clear all the way through and I didn't pay enough attention.Following the devastating effect the Covid-19 pandemic had on Ontario Tourism in 2020, many homes and businesses in various communities had red hearts with lights displayed in their windows to show support for anyone who works within the industry. Being a theatre worker who lost employment last year, I initially made one with items I'd purchased from my local dollar store around Valentine's Day. It looked great but I had been hoping to use electric lights and all I could find was battery powered. I was delighted to find these and make the switch.The lights are really vibrant and the flexible wire made it very easy to wrap around the heart frame. I also like the option of being able to control the brightness level and ability to turn the lights off with the use of the remote.I would definitely buy these again in other colours and I highly recommend them. Very satisfied with my order, thanks so much :)PS- Please forgive the picture quality; I did the best I could with my cell phone at night on our covered porch LOLUPDATE: While I appreciate the flexibility of the cord, the wires on these lights are VERY flimsy and tear easily. I decided to adjust the lights on my heart wreath earlier this evening and was surprised to discover that 2 of the 3 wires were severed when I plugged them in. I'm disappointed, considering how cautious I was as I handled them. I cut the third wire and I'm hoping I can solder the two ends back together so that the lights function again. Wasn't expecting this.Firstly, they seem pretty well made, the plug is sturdy and the LEDs are flexible enough. However, they are not true red LEDs as advertised, colour is more orange and a bit blue. This is disappointing because I purchased to use for night lighting, and these actually strain your eyes, and pollut your night vision. The other colors they offer might be ok, but avoid the red.I bought these for a friend, who doesn’t buy online at all. He loves them and has them up along the roof, on the inside of the patio. He loved them so much that he actually bought an extra set! I can’t speak to longevity because it’s only been a few months, but other than that, my friend really likes them, especially the green. I’ve been up there at night when they’re on and they look great! They create a nice ambiance.Clearly inadequate for the price. Thin wire with tiny lights. The description on Amazon makes you believe that these lights can be used for outdoor decorations - they can but they are barely noticeable due to small size of bulbs. More appropriate for decorating Christmas tree, but the wire will look too ugly there. Will be returning these back to Amazon.
