Installed in our newly extended back patio, they look durable. Are waterproof as we just weathered a huge thunderstorm and they held up well. They look beautiful at night and have many color variation options. My husband has it enabled on his phone to turn them on/ off/ change colors and it is cool. I am not sure about longevity as we just installed them 2 weeks ago.The lights are heavy duty - wiring is thick and no glass domes. They are easy to install. The only caution I will issue is the only method to control the light settings is via an app that you download on your phone. If you are not an app users, these lights are not for you!Great lighting with a lot of options for color, style and atmosphere. The dimming feature and ability to set up a lighting schedule is terrific. I had a problem with my controller after the return window had closed, I had been using the lights for about 2 months when it failed. XMCOSY answered my email about the issue promptly, replaced the bad controller quickly and it arrived within 48 hours. The new controller works perfectly, my lights are back up and operating properly, took me less than a minute.Product worked great for 3 months and then 1 bulb quit working followed by another. I couldn't find any bulb replacements for the set. Maybe need to go straight to the manufacturer see what they will do.Well here is what XMCOSY+ did for the 2 lights (Lights are non replaceable)that quit working on my 64' string. I emailed them thru Amazon with the issue and got a response within 24 hours on what I could try to remedy the situation on the bad bulbs. It did not work. Before I emailed them back I had already received another email from the manufacturer on how it went and what they could do to make me happy and glad I bought their product. Without asking they offered a full replacement at there expense and next day shipping. Received the lights today and they work as promised. I have to admit it's been awhile since I have seen customer service work to make sure a product is right and performs as promised...Thanks XMCOSY+ great job.Love them, so amazing!!!!Customer service, Jane contacted me and replaced with a new one. Some part of the light still glows in warm light while remaining in multi coloured. When I tested as soon I got from the box, it was working. But after hanging, I’m not able to reset the device to use Bluetooth in my phone and colors are not continuous. Please help.I have a beautiful backyard and these completed the look, I have many compliments. They are sturdy , the colors are great. Need to get more but they are pricey.Strung around my 16x16 deck. Support poles were a pain to install but the lights were very easy. Love the colors and the grandkids love telling Alexa to turn the lights on/off or change colors.
