These lights were perfect in my patio, the brightness was great (I keep them in the lowest brightness, still pretty bright) the length was great since I only hung them over my sliding glass door. I’ve had them lit since I purchased them on October 20 something, they last a good week on ( i have them on a timer thanks to the remote it came with) so I only change the batteries every 9 days or so. Plus the timer doesn’t go off it continues to turn on when I had set it. I absolutely love them.Cute color, switching between constant on & flashing option is nice. The pumpkins are much smaller than described or appears in photo. My unit didn’t have a remote included so can’t comment on it. The battery unit is very difficult to open. I don’t like to leave batteries in after I’ve used for the season bcuz they usually go bad & leak. Still struggling to open the battery unit at this stage.the color when lighted was more pink than purple. That was disappointing.These lights were perfect for our candy table. Covid has changed up Halloween procedure in this neighborhood and these were so easy to set up and operate at the end of our driveway with the battery pack and remote.I've had several of these ghosts before which lasted for a few years, they were colorful and worked really well. These came in a mismatched, half open box so I nearly returned them, luckily I opened the box to find the ghosts inside. The ghosts are not the best quality , their faces seem rubbed off, almost like they have been refurbished. But I'm using them outside, so no big deal. I'm sad to see that the lighting is just white and not colorful, but that is in the description which I didn't pay attention too. I'm knocking off 2 stars because they were packaged horribly and look used. My other ones are much better quality and colorful.Lights are bright. Price was too much for a string of colored lights. I could have gotten them for half the price but for some reason I thought the Happy Halloween sign came with it. Thats why I gave it 4 stars. Look elsewhere for $7.Overall, the lights are nice and the different lighting effects are fun. They seem to last a long time with the batteries. The problem is that mine did not come with a remote control, which was disappointing. Seller told me to contact Amazon. Amazon wanted me to return item in order to send me a new one with a remote. That’s a hassle I don’t have time for, so I guess I’m stuck without a remote.They eat batteries a little faster than I expected from LEDs, but I use rechargable batteries for just about everything so that's not a big deal to me.
