Has enough solar panel and battery to charge even in cloudy/rainy days and light all night. Light is sealed from elements well. My only complaint are the instructions. They talk about an "auto" feature on the remote and there is none. Piss poor. Light works well after you stumble through trial and error of figuring out how to set light for what you want it to do. Cannot speak to longevity yet.
